Prakashanand Saraswati: The role of fake news

Sherri Tibbe's Ministry of Truth about Prakashanand Saraswati
Hays County District Attorney had a Ministry of Truth via Fake News

The legal community has long rejected the trial and conviction of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. Even the court bailiff who witnessed the entire fiasco threw his hands up after the trial and yelled "What a crock of shit!". The propaganda we hear is exclusively a narrative pushed by fake news.

It began with Austin American Statesman's Eric Dexheimer who passed off plagiarized Facebook posts as investigative journalism. Herr Dexheimer compared Hindus to an "Old Communist Regime". He seemed to miss the point that Communist Regimes are a Government entity like Hays County District Attorney's Office, not a small local charity. Later on, fake news organizations like CNN joined the fray. CNN-funded "The Hunt with John Walsh" published fake footage of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati surrounded by brainwashed-looking people, which was actually staged by white actors in a professional studio!

During Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton's 8 year elected reign, Hays County had all the hallmarks of a nightmarish Orwellian Dystopia. "Orwellian" is an adjective describing a situation, idea, or societal condition that George Orwell identified as being destructive to the welfare of a free and open society. It denotes an attitude and a brutal policy of draconian control by propaganda, surveillance, misinformation, denial of truth, and manipulation of the past, including the "unperson"

Before we get to the juicy bit, let us analyse some of the defining characteristics of an Orwellian Dystopia and how they match up to the Hays County reality.

- Ministry of Truth: The Ministry of Truth is the propaganda ministry in George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four. As with the other ministries in the novel, the name Ministry of Truth is a misnomer because in reality it serves the opposite: it is responsible for any necessary falsification of historical events. Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton literally had a Ministry of Truth which reflected the ever changing narrative of their nightmarish dytopia. It was in the form of a Facebook page called "The Truth Project" which aimed to turn the Indian American Community against their own religion and culture, and make it easier for them to digest that their leaders could be criminals, without any evidence of such. Facebook later tore it down, presumably due to the fact that it was a racially provocative fake news page. In the years leading up to the trial, and during the trial, Sherri Tibbe leaked fragments of "truth" to the "The Truth Project" in an act of slow-poisoning and gaslighting of the Indian American Community. The Ministry of Truth also altered newspaper articles to reflect their latest narrative. A key example, with pictures, is given later in this article. It's unclear why local fake news organizations acted as such sycophants to the Hays County dystopia. Even the current DA doesn't get that kind of fawning. Herr Dexheimer literally acted as the propaganda ministry of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton. Dexheimer's plagiarised work later got picked up by national and international fake news sites. Sherri Tibbe also pushed its "truth" through repeated denials to the media, including this one: "Tibbe ‘will not remain quiet’ while DA office ‘disparaged’"

- Thought Crime: A thoughtcrime is an Orwellian neologism used to describe an illegal thought. The term has also been used to describe some theological concepts such as disbelief or idolatry, or a rejection of strong philosophical or social principles. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati was taken down for the crime of thinking that he is equal to white people who are protected against blackmail attempts by those who wish to extort money.

- Memory Hole: A memory hole is any mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing records, by the Government, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened. Anything inconvenient to the Government can vanish at any moment, or reappear at any time. There are multiple instances of this in Hays County. The original video testimonies by the accusers vanished from every single location. The tapes "disappeared" from the Hays County Police evidence room. The backup DVDs held by Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe were scratched beyond use. The computers used to make the DVDs were "gone". The DVD copiers evaporated. Before all of this even came to light, Sherri Tibbe fought long and hard to make sure that Swami Prakashanand Saraswat's legal team never got to see what the accusations actually were. A visiting judge demanded that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati get the videos of the accusers, as it was essential to his defense and contained potentially exculpatory evidence. When Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's legal team went to get the evidence, they discovered it was all gone. Even the computers which could have be analysed by security forensics experts was thrown out. Another example of the Hays County memory hole is the fact that all records of Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton have been expunged from the Hays County DA website. It's as though those 8 years never happened!

- Newspeak: The aim of Newspeak is to remove all shades of meaning from language, leaving simple concepts (pleasure and pain, happiness and sadness, goodthink and crimethink) that reinforce the total dominance of the State. Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton's interactions with the media were replete with Newspeak. One of the cleaver tactics used by Sherri Tibbe, to taint jury pools, was to make the public statement: "We will not seek the death penalty in this case". The death penalty had never been used in the history of Hays County and had not been suggested in any of those cases. Sherri Tibbe's use of the phrase was the prosecutorial equivalent of a backhanded compliment against innocent defendants who had not yet been convicted of any crime. As such, there was no need to mention "death penalty" at all. If you scour through Sherri Tibbe's and Cathy Compton's statements to the media, you'll quickly see that every statement of the duo had other meanings or ulterior sinister purposes. Whistleblowers from the Hays County DA office revealed that Cathy Compton wrote anonymous disparaging comments on the comment sections of news articles related to it's witch trials.

- Bellyfeel: Bellyfeel is a Newspeak word that means a blind, enthusiastic acceptance of an idea. The word likely comes from the idea that any good Oceanian should be able to internalize Party doctrine to the extent that it becomes a gut instinct – a feeling in the belly. In closing remarks of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's trial, Hays County District Attorney Cathy Compton asked the jury to "Use your gut [rather than evidence]" to reach a guilty verdict. Amazingly, the gut instinct of the backward and brainwashed small-town jury was non-different from the crazy and illogical narrative of the Hays County dystopia. They had internalized the Hays County doctrine as their own instinct. The bellyfeel imposed upon them trumped logic.

What follows is a key example of how newspaper articles were later altered to reflect the totalitarian nonsense of elected officials Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe, Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton and the Hays County Police. Entire articles began changing before the public's very eyes to align themselves with whatever the Hays County Government was saying at any particular moment. Most of those articles have disappeared down the Hays County memory hole, but check out these screenshots of a before and after version of one article.

There are two versions of the same article above, which was published right after Swami Prakashanand Saraswati disappeared. The first version was published in Hays Free Press. Hours later, the article was reworded to form the second version. There was no disclaimer to cite the fact that article was altered.

Notice a slight difference in the second version? "Looked hard for" was changed to "pursued". "Looked hard for" refers to the factual disappearance of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. Even Hays County's supporters admit that he could have been killed or "made to disappear" by Hays County to obtain the $10 Million bail. He may have faced vigilante justice by "Hays County's finest". Cathy Compton recently admitted that his last known location was at a Hays County hospital. The so-called "fugitive" was rushed to hospital, but was turned away because of lack of beds. Despite the propaganda, Hays County and the US Marshalls have no idea - whatsoever - where Swami Prakashanand Sarswati went after being admitted to hospital.

The term "Pursued" and "Fugitive", on the other hand, plays into the Hays County truthspeak "cat and mouse chase" narrative. In reality, the idea of a "chase" or a "pursuel" of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is a fairlytale. It never happened. No one perused Swami Prakashanand Saraswati as much as one inch. As far as Hays County and US Marshalls are concerned, Swami Prakashanand Saraswati miraculously vanished into thin air after his hospital visit. Either that, or they killed him and know where he is. The "manhunt" narrative is Hays County's "Truth" which got shoved down the public's throat via their Ministry of Truth "Project" and through altered newspaper documents by Fake News. This helped to manipulate the bellyfeel of the residents of the Hays County dystopia and the American public in general.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati accuser: "I'm a racist"

Kate Tonnessen attacks Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

10 years on from the original accusations, Velsa Tonnessen Kazimer recently opened up to ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton. Velsa Tonnessen Kazimer admitted, "I am part of the [racism] problem"Velsa, along with Kate and Shyama, falsely accused Swami Prakashanand Saraswati of touching their t-shirts 15 years prior. They were all in their 30s at the time of making the accusations.

Transcript below:

Vesla and Kate Tonnessen abuse Prakashanand Saraswati

Vesla [Tonnessen] Kazimer: I went to a great lecture yesterday called "Why are white people so afraid to talk about racism?" She was a white woman who was addressing specifically white progressives. Us progressive white people have to look at ourself and ask tough questions about our own racism and implicit bias and stop making it about "others". It was really helpful in giving me that direction I was looking for. I have a lifetime of work to do on myself. I am part of the problem. We are reinforcing these dangerous and oppressive constructs if we don't. Her page with more info http://robindiangelo.com

Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton [Cate Compton Wahistedt]: Vesla, I think you are amazing. It is hard to confront our own racism. My upbringing made me hyper aware of my own white privilege to a point, but I still have to check in every day and where I am at and what am I doing. The most upsetting thing in all of this for me has been realizing how many white heteronormative friends I have that have no clue of the profound fear that people who are not like them are experiencing now. The only shock that I've had in this has been seeing how many people actually shocked at the level of racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, rape culture, [insert whatever vile shit that the worst of humans feel entitled to inflict on other] in this country. The day after the election was no worse than the day before - but now people are going to find it harder to ignore all the problems that were already here. There is so much work to do. I love you and Chris so much. You guys, Kate [Tonnessen - sister of Vesla and co-accuser], Dylan, Shyama [best friend and neighbor of Kate and Vesla Tonnessen and the only other person to ever accuse Swami Prakashanand Saraswati], Amy and Kelsey... y'all are the younger ones that I look at to make myself feel like the future is going to be better. You are my hope. <3

Vesla Kazimer: I'm lucky to have great role models who challenge me and the system every day. While you fight for us, we will learn to fight for you.

Credit to Vesla Tonnessen Kazimer for having the courage to admit that. It flies in the face of what Witchfinder General Karen Jonson had been pasting all over the Internet. See below.

Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton and Karen Jonson
Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton and Karen Jonson

Karen Jonson: Here are some of the points in the propaganda that people are parroting out in public:
- White girls are trying to bring down a Hindu saint
- It's all a family feud
- There was no evidence

Karen Jonson is a tinfoil-hat wearing Indiaphobe who took on the role of "useful idiot" for Hays County and who said, "We (white people) are God".

Aside Note: Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton [Cate Compton Wahistedt] and Sherri Tibbe have recently been going on a witch hunt against President-elect Donald Trump! They have spewed the nastiest, most mean spirited vitriol against the man. Why so, when Donald Trump has never said anything bad about the Indian American Community like they have? In fact he said he loves Hindus and Indians! Could their dislike of the President-elect be politically motivated? Is it a case of fulfilling a vendetta against the Republican party for speaking out against their prosecutorial abuses? I've forwarded their comments onto a manager who has connections to the President-elect, so he knows what they're saying. Check out the earlier article where the Republican party exposed the pair as prosecutorial frauds. Sherri and Cathy belonged to the Hays County Democratic party. I digress...

Perhaps some day Vesla and Kate may express an element of remorse for spending their life slut-shaming Indian American Women and girls and falsely accusing them of being "rape victims"? When Kate Tonnessen and Vesla Tonnessen Kazimer saw a beautiful young Hindu American child, they went around telling everyone that she was a "rape victim". The perverse attitude seemed to be that she was "too beautiful to not be raped"Child protective services said the Tonnessen sisters were liars. According to court records, their partner in crime, ex Hays County District Attorney Cathy Compton, paraded the child on a witness stand and continued the shaming, trying to extract a false confession.

If one accuses a young woman of being a witch who dances with the devil, who is really being shamed: the woman or the devil? That's what the two 30+ year old sisters have spent their life doing: shaming. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati was nothing more to them than an abstract symbol; a sort of Indian Santa Clause who they knew nothing about! The Hindu American community - and the accusers' family - were the real target of their assaults.

Kate Tonnessen had even more to say. See below. Note these comments were made a few weeks ago; 10 years after making the original blackmail attempt. Am I the first to ask why the ex public prosecutors are so cozy with their privileged "clients" and groupies after all these years? Is it because they're part and parcel of the same racket?

Kate Tonnessen - Sherri Tibbe

Vesla [Tonnessen] Kazimer: Woah! I love you!
Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton [Cate Compton Wahlstedt]: <3

Shyama Rose: I <3 you
Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton [Cate Compton Wahlstedt]: Love you too!! <3

Kate Tonnessen: My mom [Ex DA Cathy Compton; their actual mother disowned them for being habitual liars] knows what's up!! I'm scared too...
Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton [Cate Compton Wahlstedt]: <3 <3 <3

Note: Sherri Tibbe booted the Tonnessen sisters off her Facebook friend list a few years back to distance herself from their attacks on the Indian American Community.

In other news, a reader called Amy asked: "Just saw on the hunt with John Walsh. So all the followers of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati innocence are saying the 3 victims are bravely coming forward with their stories for what reason?"

My reply: Hi Amy. It's good that you took the time to make a query as opposed to attacking the Indian American Community. Well done! Your first faux pas was to use the term "followers." Contrary to what you observed on the television: Swami Prakashanand Saraswati had no more followers than a university lecturer. He was a coach and nothing beyond that. The Indian American community were conveyed on television as pack of mindless, brainwashed white people to evoke a cult-like ambiance reminiscent of the horror stories in Waco and other parts of Texas. I am white like you and am disinterested in the Hindu religion; but I am concerned about facts and the rule of law..

For the next part of your query: the followers of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati have been silent as to why the two 30-year-old sisters and their next door neighbor made false accusations against Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. Who could evaluate what's in another person's mind? It was the family members, parents, brother, and sister who confessed that the attack against the Swami was as a result of a failed blackmail attempt against the accusers' families. They threatened their families to abandon their place of worship and give them money!

The family rejected the threats. They tried to seduce many others into joining them but all their efforts failed as everyone rejected their Ponzi scheme. There has never been a whisper of an accusation against the aged man apart from two sisters and their next door neighbor. There were no corroborating witnesses for any of the accusers; not even character witnesses.

I believe that kids virtually almost never lie in cases like this. I certainly believe the Indian American kids more than I believe three motivated 30 year-old white women in the throws of a family feud.

In an unprecedented step, the DA got involved from the get-go. The police and the DA bundled the entire fiasco! They left such an extensive and blatant trail of incriminating evidence against themselves that there is no possibility of supporting the conviction.

No one, I repeat, NO ONE supports the conviction apart from a couple of redneck journalists. The trial and persecution of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati are completely rejected by the legal establishment. The ex Hays County DAs are largely seen as prosecutorial terrorists among the legal profession in Texas and around the nation.

They bullied the Indian American community. They tried to bully Swami Prakashanand Saraswati into making an out of court settlement. The Swami refused to compromise his integrity and refused every offer of an out of court settlement!

They subsequently got him convicted for nearly 200 years and inexplicably released him. He is a free man. They let him go to avoid the humiliation of a retrial which would have highlighted the absolute obscenity, abomination, hilarity, racism and criminal nature of the original trial which are all recorded in the court transcripts. In the words of ex Hays County DA Cathy Compton, "I couldn't give a shit about the law. [ Spoken with the obligatory Southern drawl!]" That's all there was, is and ever will be to this fiasco.

In a move of sheer dimwitedness, ex Hays County DA Cathy Compton began histrionically wallpapering its office walls with crude, childish scribbles of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and other Indian men with speech bubbles saying "I like children" "I like children too" - as if that was evidence! It was as meaningful as the scene in The Shining" where the creepy little boy starts scribbling "Redrum" on the walls!

Sherri Tibbe attacks Hindu Prakashanand
Cathy Compton's "evidence" against Prakashanand Saraswati

What Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton didn't have the intelligence to do is to question Swami Prakashanand Saraswati himself. There is no record of any discourse with the Swami by the police or at trial. In his seemingly infinite wisdom he acted as a silent witness to the terror inflicted upon him; allowing the entire event to die a natural death.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati aced two FBI-grade polygraph tests. There is a balance of evidence that is 100% in Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's favor. The accusers and Hays County have no redeeming factors whatsoever. They have nothing tipping the scale in their favor even partially.

Ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton have the psychopathology of a pair of teenage pyromaniacs caught up in a deadly game; each trying to outdo the other in terms of lunacy and what they can get away with.

Now, if you have any further queries, ask the EX DAs, and those who continue to harbor them as to why they let him go? Lord knows it would be the first time in 6 years that they would have given a straight answer to anyone. These people have been brought down in case after case of evidence tampering and hiding evidence. How about questioning CPS who realized that Kate was lying in an earlier accusation against an entirely different religious leader! Or how about asking the current District Attorney, who admitted in his election campaign that the duo, Sherri and Cathy, were a pair of criminals?

The women and their witch-hunting friends, led by a delusional Karen Jonson, continue to abuse the Indian American community till this date. It's an attempt to save face from the farce that they created. There are a few furious individuals out there, annoyed about not getting cash from the Swami. On the other hand, there are those of us who continue to stand up against abuses against minority communities. I've researched this for the past 5 years. Haven't made as much as cent from my endeavors! I've lost money. I've trawled through of documents and spent countless nights on exposing the truth. The phrase "follow the money" never held truer. Another guy who exposed the ex Hays County DAs got sandwiched between two trucks while driving home from an open records request at the Hays County court! His name was Charles O'Dell PHD; a man who spent his life exposing corruption in Hays County. He said that ex Hays County DA Sherri Tibbe was "dangerous,". Read his blog here Now he's dead! Look him up in the obituaries.

I'm living in dread; exposing the facts like a sitting duck. Another guy who escaped from Hays County jail had his skull brought home and dropped on his doorstep by his own god-damn dog after airing on The Hunt with John Walsh! (Read about it here). He wasn't set free like Swami Prakashanand Saraswati; but actually escaped from the Hays County prison. Shit like that happens only on television or in Hays County; not in the real world. All this can't be real what they are doing and are getting away with.

The people who write Texas laws have publically stated they are "alarmed" by how ex Hays County DA abused the law - laws they had written!

We've done so much work to dig and publicize the facts. All you did was sit on your couch, in your AC room, eating your TV dinner, making a sandwich during the commercials, watching a biased TV show that makes money from providing compelling entertainment to mainly white Americans. We don't have the luxury of eating sandwiches - we ARE the sandwiches in ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's terror tactics. Look what they made of Charles O Dell.

Do you have to accept  everything you perceive on Television, especially a biased Television program created purely for entertainment? Do you know that the TV footage of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and the "brainwashed followers" was staged in a studio by professional white actors and is not real? They couldn't get any weird looking footage because there was none.

Spend a moment beyond the hype. Look at the reality outside the box, and you'll quickly become aware of the entire Hays County house of cards.

Humans are meant to digest new facts and update their previous beliefs and opinions based on the new facts. That's how the human brain is designed. If you keep the same views even after getting new facts, then it's not really an opinion but a prejudicial reflex. If you are prejudiced against reality then this page is not for you.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is a free man who briefly got caught up in a game that wasn't his and that's all there is to this.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, the media's role in victim blaming

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati
Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

Shyama Rose, Kate Tonnessen and Vesla Tonnessen Kazimer and their friend Karen Jonson have spent most of their lives slut-shaming young Indian American women

Much of the nation was left confused as a media outlet published an article portraying Shyama Rose as a superhero. It has led many to ask why is a superhero status only reserved for a white person? What about the truthful story of the Indian hero who refused to compromise his integrity and refused all discussions of an out-of-court settlement with his blackmailers? If you're white, you get to bask in all the glitz and glamour, and walk up the red carpet. Otherwise, you get a misguided slut-shaming, whether man or woman, by virtue of nothing more than the color of your skin.

Since when are blackmailers made into heroes? One thing is crystal clear, there are a couple of furious people out there, peeved about not getting cash from Swami Prakashanand Saraswati.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati had no money or assets and was an ordained clergyman of the Saraswati order of the Shankaracharya tradition in India (the media also mistakenly said his surname was Saraswati whereas it is his title as an ordained clergyman of the Shankaracharya order; Prakashanand is also, apparently, a title not his name).

Shyama Rose's and ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton's biggest victim isn't even Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. It's all Hindu American kids and women, who were wrongly called 'liars' without any evidence (it's all in the court records) and were mistreated in the Hays County courtroom. There is a fair amount of evidence that children almost never lie, yet Shyama Rose, Kate Tonnessen, Velsa Tonnessen Kazimer, Karen Jonson and Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton called them liars; the only evidence of their "lies" were the fact that they were Hindu or Indian, and by default, immoral people. For that, some sections of society have made them heroes. Like every American, I would personally believe any child over and above the starstruck tagteam of six adults - Shyama Rose, Kate Tonnessen, Velsa Tonnessen Kazimer, Karen Jonson and ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and her protégé Cathy Compton (who answers to the self-given codename, Nita Spankin [pronounced with the customary Southern drawl]).

The all singing all dancing cast of Starstruck. A tweet from
Shyama Rose's friend and confidente Karen Jonson

Many traditional superhero comics are now being made more ethnically diverse. It's time for media outlets who try to make a quick buck through click-baiting to follow suit. It's to be understood that this wouldn't play as well into popular prejudices, but doesn't the media have some responsibility to not engage in victim blaming, and in particular slut-shaming? Are there any bounds of reason left?

Shyama Rose, Kate Tonnessen and Vesla Tonnessen Kazimer and DAs Office are part of the good ol' boys club and have a highly misogynistic view of Indian American women and girls and have almost no other argument that doesn't involve slut-shaming. Shyama, Kate and Vesla have spent the vast majority of their lives slut-shaming young girls. Karen Jonson has got a Madonna–whore complex (see wikipedia) in which Jonson is unable to see women and girls as anything other than the extremes of Madonnas or whores. Furthermore, only Jonson has a radar which can know which is which, generally they label Indian American girls as "whores".

If this was 200 years ago, the group would be calling Indian American women and girls "witches". Now the implication is that all Indian American women and girls are in league with supernatural beings (alleged "Gurus") who possibly rape millions of women and girls, even from the other side. The group argues that all Indian American women and girls are in cahoots with it, and enjoy it. Sometimes, the group argues, they speak out, but only through the voices in Karen Jonson's head. Sounds crazy, right? It reads like a conference paper in mental health! Karen Jonson, Shyama Rose's friend, referred to respectable Indian women as "prostitutes". Shyama Rose got checkmated in a statement to the press something along the lines of "[Well at least I'm not a prostitute...]". The pertinent followup question should be, "Who exactly is a prostitute? Indian American women and girls?" There you have it - Shyama Rose self-congratulated Shyama Rose for not being a prostitute, like Indian woman and girls are? Who was Shyama Rose trying to impress by denying being a prostitute? Was it a bid to pass Karen Jonson's Madonna–whore test (see wikipedia)? It's clear that this particular test of black and white judgement is to the forefront of Shyama Rose's mind and Shyama probably judges others by that test, as Karen Jonson does. Indian women and girls get a fail.

It gets weirder though when the slut-shaming of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati enters the equation although the main accusation is against the girls they misguidedly target. The group also attacks Indian women who promote women empowerment. They are stuck in a 1950s "women in the kitchen" mentality. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is little more than an abstract symbol for them. They don't even know his name, his religious affiliation, where he lives or anything about him. The real motivation is to target their family members and to make Indian American women and girls lose confidence in themselves. When you take someone's confidence away, you take away their soul.

Indian women and girls who got falsely slut-shamed call Shyama Rose, Kate Tonnessen, Velsa Tonnessen Kazimer, Karen Jonson and ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and her protégé Cathy Compton "crazy" and "weird", but some portions of our media continue to harbor them and call them "superheroes".

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati The Real Story

Former Hays County Republican Party chair, Cox, concluded, in relation to Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton who persecuted against Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and the Indian community:

"By law, district attorneys are not supposed to hide facts or conceal evidence that establishes the innocence of the accused. The primary duty of the district attorney is not to accumulate convictions but rather to see that justice is done.

The office of the Hays County District Attorney lost sight of those obligations as well as the constitutional protections owed to the accused. The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is one of my passions, but I feel strongly about all of the Bill of Rights. The Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments relating to rights of the accused are no more negotiable than the Second Amendment.

The Hays County District Attorney’s office conduct of seeking convictions without regard for justice is bad for the rule of law, bad for the accused, bad for the family of the accused, bad for the image of the district attorney’s office and the county, and bad for the taxpayers forced to foot the bill."

Swami Prakashanand Sarswati's Persecution and the Uncanny Valley

Note: After writing this, I came across other research discussing the connection between Prejudice & the Uncanny Valley from the University of Michigan (discussed here). There's an argument that dehumanization serves as a tool to desensitize people to persecution. My argument was that an extreme case of the uncanny valley makes people unable to properly process the persecution as they normally would, and therefore passively accept it, if not personally taking part in the persecution.

Racism against Swami Prakashanand Saraswati by Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton

The most striking aspect of the trial and persecution of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and subsequent attacks against the Indian American community by Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton (Cate Wahlstedt), the Hays County Sheriff's Office and their sycophants is the uncanny nature of the verbiage. It, in fact, touches on the uncomfortable psychological phenomenon known as Uncanny Valley; in the sense that it's something sort of human-like but not quite.

Hays County District Attorney and Hays County Sheriff's Office have done more for the Hindu faith than anyone could have imagined. For one, they have created a wave of revival of the Hindu faith, in particular of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya tradition represented by Swami Prakashanand Sarswati.

They have popularized Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and his books in India and worldwide. No one in India takes Hays County District Attorney and Hays County Sheriff's Office seriously.

Next, Hays County District Attorney and Hays County Sheriff's Office have eternalized Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, as in "The Eternal Jew". They call the 90 year old Swami Prakashanand Saraswati a fugitive. (BTW Is Anne Frank still a fugitive?) In 10 years, he'll be called a 100 year old fugitive. In 900 years he will be a 900 year old fugitive. In 1000 years, Hays County will call him a 1000-year old fugitive.

There is a irreversible revival of Hinduism in the political and cultural landscape of India on the back of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's persecution at the hands of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton (Cate Wahlstedt). That was not the intention of course. As Karen Jonson said, "Hays County is finishing what the British Empire never could".

The biggest blunder of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton (Cate Wahlstedt) and "Hays County's finest" was in the way they portrayed Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and other Hindu leaders as supernatural entitles. There have been plenty of cases, real or false, against members of the clergy of all religions. However, only Hays County and their sycophants abandoned all reason in their portrayal of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and other Hindu leaders as being regular people. They portrayed them as all-seeing and all-knowing beings who have the ability to rape millions of women from before and beyond the grave - the voices of the women only communicated to the world in the head of Karen Jonson. Omniscient, omnipresent, all-doing, vanishing God-like beings who can appear and disappear at will! What's next in the ever-changing narrative of the Hays County dystopia? One may have suspicion about the misbehavior of the clergy, but Hays County's narrative is a schizophrenic one that is incredulous to a rational mind and has sealed Hays County's fate as the laughing stock of India and all other civilized nations.

This supernatural portrayal of the oppressed is nothing new. Throughout the ages, people have perpetuated the myth of "The Eternal Jew", The portrayal of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and other Hindu leaders by Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton (Cate Wahlstedt) should be understood in this light.

Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton (Cate Wahlstedt) and the Hays County Sheriff's Office never portrayed Swami Prakashanand Saraswati or other Hindus as real people. They portrayed them as all-seeing, all-knowing, all-cunning, all-deluding abstract beings who have the ability to appear, disappear and morph at will while committing acts of an extraordinary sinister and supernatural nature.

At the same time, there is an eery mix in the portrayal which combines elements of subhuman creatures (they called Hindus and Jews rodents) yet powerful, supernatural and "eternal" at the same time.

Such a portrayal would be hilarious if not so uncanny, dangerous and nutty.

In one of US Marshall Hector Gomez's bigoted rants, he called the Swami a "gopher". Yet, apparently a sophisticated gopher whose sole aim is to delude white Americans in a cosmic game of cat and mouse. Scary image, isn't it?

Urban Dictionary defines a gopher as:

"A low-ranking employee who is made to do the bidding of their superiors. So-called because they are often running around doing various small tasks."

The uncanny valley (depiction of almost-human, but not-quite), or the related concepts of vagueness and ambiguity, is the psychological reason why most people are uncomfortable, unsupportive or passive of Hays County's racist narrative. Learn more about the Uncanny Valley in this video called 'Why are things creepy?':

One of the co-conspirators, Kate Tonnessen, said that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati groped her in front of 30 or 40 people while concealing the act. Kate Tonnessen also alleged that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is God.

Karen Jonson called Hindus "unnatural".

So we have established that Hays County (or Nazis), due to their fanaticism against non-whites (or Jews), may have inadvertently crossed over into uncanny valley territory. So wouldn't that cause more people to support them? No, and here's why: People feel uncomfortable about this strange narrative by Hays County and the grotesque peculiarity that is Karen Jonson and would prefer to think about something else.

They have to speak in fantastical uncanny language though because if they repeated the truth they wouldn't get any support either:

"Two 30 year old sisters and their best friend made false accusations against their families church after a failed blackmail attempt against the family. The accusations were that the families's pastor touched their t-shirt 15 years ago."

But as Karen Jonson would say, "If you can think it, you can pitch it".

Prakashanand Saraswati Case: Exposing Hidden Biases in Twilight Years

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati The Hunt with John Walsh
Swami Prakashanand Saraswati The Hunt with John Walsh

Prakashanand Saraswati Case: "Group Think" unhoods Hidden Biases in Twilight Years

While I believe that there is an inherent goodness in all mankind my investigations into the trial and persecution of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and the Hays County Hindu community have led me to conclude that there are some truly wicked people in this world. Not least those who managed to maintain an air of respectability throughout their lives only to reveal their deep seated racism in old age. It took a religious persecution of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati for them to come out of the woodwork.

Professional 'Tough Guy' John Walsh falls prey to hidden biases

Take professional 'Tough Guy' John Walsh who gained the respect of the nation for his genuinely great work. Admittedly, many people including John Walsh's most dedicated fans say that John Walsh is a "serial exaggerator".

That aside, John Walsh has done a lot of great work to take down 'bad guys' and no one can deny that. Inexplicably though, John Walsh left himself redfaced in front of the nation the moment he decided to abandon his good values and partake of a lynching, a for-entertainment witch hunt, against society's most peace loving but vulnerable members. It took 69 years for John Walsh to expose himself as a bigot through a disgraceful minstrel show he was involved in. And John Walsh is not an isolated case by any means. The Swami Prakashanand Saraswati case was a catalyst for many more falls from grace.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati case unhoods America's Dad

The situation with John Walsh is no different than what we are seeing with Bill Cosby. John Walsh was for many the nation's Dad who made a career in finding bad guys after his son's tragedy. Like John Walsh Cosby managed to maintain a clean cut image until being finally exposed. Walsh summed it up succinctly in his latest episode:
"It's always the guy that everybody loves that hides that dangerous, dark secret."

Didn't everybody love John Walsh? Another example is Richard Schott a UT Austin professor who is now in epitaph. Richard Schott pitch-forked his way into the fiasco by using his name to brutally smear the community. This disgraceful man's name is on the inside cover of a racist book by Karen Jonson which was aimed at defiling the Indian American community. Richard Schott is remembered as a great man by many as we read from the obituaries. For those of us who know the real Richard Schott, he is a side-note in one of the worst pogrom's of a minority community in recent decades. Richard Schott was one of the last living great racists apart from the Hays County Administration who supported the attack against Swami Prakashanand Saraswati and the community. Richard Schott had the ability to repeatedly hide his views for much of his life but was exposed in the end.

Group Think exposes hidden biases against Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

In my 4-year investigations into the Hays County fiasco I have never ceased to be surprised to witness the depths of human depravity and how group think can bring out the worst in people in their twilight years.

Hays County District Attorney, Hays County Sheriff and US Marshall Hector Gomez Saving Face in Swami Prakashanand Saraswati Case

In other news the Hays County Government and the US Marshall Service are trying to save face by saying that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati has died. What bull can a Government agency think of next! The truth is it's a cover up to explain the fact that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati never left Hays County. It is shocking to most people who have heard the propaganda to know that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati never left Hays County and there's not a damn bit of evidence to the contrary. There is no evidence that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is not alive and well and living in Hays County. Read that statement again. As unbelievable as that statement may sound it is a 100% verifiable fact and US Marshall Service know that very well. The Hays County Government know it very well too.

My guess is that those bastards wish they never got involved in a blackmail attempt against the Hays County Indian community, wish this damn case would just disappear. My guess is that they are plotting a way to get out of it. At least according to one of Karen Jonson's very best 'niggers' in India. Karen Jonson earlier this year lambasted the Hays County Government for what Karen Jonson indicated was an unparalleled level of corruption: Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton prosecutted Swami Prakashanand Saraswati to extort the community for 11 million dollar bail

A totally bogus blog also appeared (which is now proven to have been created by Karen Jonson) announcing Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's death. Karen Jonson also claimed that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati never died! So do you believe, Karen Jonson or Karen Jonson?

Whoever it may be, be prepared to continuously call out Hays County's BS in all it's blaze of glory.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati Minstrel Show Outrages the Nation

Clips like this are good for educational purposes to show how minorities were portrayed on TV in the past. What shows do we have from today that demonstrate that? Prakashanand Saraswati The Hunt with John Walsh

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati The Hunt With John Walsh

Confusing Minstrel Show about Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

Millions were left confused and unsettled by a Minstrel Show about Swami Prakashanand Saraswati that aired on CNN. A Hays County journalist described it best: "Viewer Warning: Some of the dramatic recreations of scenes are hokey".

For most people, the show raised more questions than answers. The year old interviews are out of date with Swami Prakashanand Saraswati as a case study in religious persecution.

The usual lineup of characters were paraded on screen: Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe, Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton and Jeri Skrocki,, Kate Tonnessen, Vesla Tonnessen and Shyama Rose and of course, Karen Jonson.

The  unanswered questions about Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, which were raised by the twitterati included:

1. Why did no one, including the parents of Kate Tonnessen and her co-collaborators support them?
2. Why would someone be allowed to walk free after a conviction?
3. The ongoing pogrom against the Indian American community, innocent men, women and children, by the collaborators and their supporter Karen Jonson.

Of course, all of those questions are answered here in this blog. The minstrel show, designed to entertain white folk, failed to raise many important points.

Viewers were subjected to Kate and Vesla's narcissistic tears and characteristic cotton candy grimaces, with no mention of their history of making false accusations against other people, which were investigated and dropped by child protective services nor the failed blackmail attempt which led to the Hays County fiasco and ultimately, one of the largest persecutions of a minority in small town USA in modern times.

It was first time that Hays County admitted that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati had tried to be admitted to hospital after the trial. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati had been turned away, and the case went cold. I've been investigating this for over 4 years, and never came across that detail. Hays County kept that critical detail a secret, all the while going on a witch hunt against the innocent Indian community, using them as a scapegoat. This is a psychological technique called Gas Lighting wherein an abuser manipulates elements of the victim's environment, or conceals important facts, to make the victim feel he or she is losing his mind. It is not normal for a fugitive to go to a hospital; thereby crushing their propaganda. Reality is an inconvenience in Hays County.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is a Gopher

"Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is a Gopher" - US Marshall Hector Gomez

It was also the first time that US Marshall service admitted that they have no clue where Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is, nor have any evidence that he left Hays County. Indian Government denies that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is in India. Hector Gomez previously revealed his racial biases by calling Swami Prakashanand Saraswati a "gopher". According to Urban Dictionary, a gopher means:

"low-ranking employee who is made to do the bidding of their superiors. So-called because they are often running around doing various small tasks."

The truth is that Hays County got rid of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati to extort the Indian community for his 11 million dollar bail. A much higher amount than for any white person in history.

The minstrel show didn't stop at Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, it also targeted other Indian religious leaders, and had no other purpose but for white America's entertainment. The show wasn't shown in India where US Marshals claim Swami Prakashanand Saraswati is hiding.

Swami Prakashanand Saraswati's conviction will be overturned if all of the many the contradictions between Kate Tonnessen's testimony in trial and on TV were highlighted. It is up to the relevant authorities to take that case forward.

2015: Shocking injustices to Swami Prakashanand Saraswati; Hays County District Attorney Denies Prosecutorial Abuse

Abuse of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati by Hays County Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Cathy Compton

When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic

Hi, my name is Jake Pepper. The above truth has been evidently clear to all of us who have studied the activities of ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton and those who refused to give up their allegiance to the duo, despite clear evidence of their crimes.

I am proud to say that I decided to look beyond the headlines created by ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton at a time when many others refused to accept the idea that a colored foreign man could be falsely accused and persecuted by a small town mob in the small town bible belt. Has that never happened before? The name of that man: 86 year old Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, (the hunt with john walsh).

Some of my white countrymen in Hays County called me "crazy" and "insane" for speaking out against the abuses against an Indian man, and more so a man who taught "voodoo" (It would be a stretch to expect some of the "Hays County's finest" to distinguish Voodoo from Hindu).

But yes, it has happened before, and my research has shown that Hays County and neighboring areas has a dark history of slavery and mistreatment of minorities who were viewed as unintelligent, and less than human.

Since the time I began my analysis of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton, many more people's eyebrows have been raised against Sherri and Cathy and now, everyone is speaking out against the Hays County abuses.

Welcome to Swami Unchained

The scale and extent of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's criminal operations and those of her assistant, protégé and close friend Nita Spankin (the self-designated code name of ex Hays County District Attorney Cathy Compton) are almost incomprehensible to a normal law-abiding person.

Every time Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe furthered her pogrom against the innocent, law-abiding Indian American community, 100s more lawyers and legal experts came to learn about the trial transcripts of Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. Those offering to work pro bono should go to correct legal representatives, and not me, a student investigator who stumbled on the crimes of Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Nita Spankin (the self-designated code name of ex Hays County District Attorney Cathy Compton).

But anyway, a startling number of people have also realized that Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe is the most dangerous and corrupt elected official Texas has ever known.

We'll start with her former assistant, Miss Peach.

1. When former Hays County Assistant District Attorney Peach (one of the good guys) stormed out in protest in 2009 over the falsifying of evidence in the trial of a Hays County man, Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe (one of the bad guys) basically said (I paraphrase here):

We believe you. We know that the evidence was falsified, but we don’t believe it was wrong

Link 1: http://www.newstreamz.com/2009/05/18/peach-speaks-about-da-controversy/

Link 2: http://www.dallasjustice.com/da-watch-whistleblower-san-marcos-da-lynn-peach-resigned-yesterday/

With that, former Hays County Assistant District Attorney said:

Holy smokes, he’s lying

about her colleague who presented the false evidence in court and whom Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe had defended. Peach then brought the attention of the world on Sherri Tibbe by revealing the facts to the man’s defense team, as well as to the media. For this, she was named “Hero of the day” by blogger and journalist Anthony Roberts.

Link 3:
http://www.zimbio.com/Anabolic+Steroids+Information/articles/6552161/Hero+Day+Hays+County+Assistant+District+Attorney

The former Assistant District Attorney had nothing to gain, and everything to lose by standing up for justice. She was an outsider and a newbie. She had just joined the Hays County District Attorney’s office. She lost her job and her livelihood because of her honesty.

After she left her job on moral grounds, only corruption was left at the Hays County conviction factory.

No one was left to stop Sherri Tibbe and Cathy Compton from destroying evidence that Swami Prakashanand Saraswati’s (a later victim of Hays County justice system) defense hinged on.

Newstreamz has repeatedly asked Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe, or an authorized representative of her office, for comment or an interview about the whole fiasco. Sherri Tibbe’s only response was that she stands by the falsification of evidence. The former Hays County Assistant District Attorney was repeatedly shunned, ridiculed and bullied by her colleagues for standing up to the status quo.

Earlier this year, Peach herself ran for office of Hays County District Attorney. She promised to bring "a stronger sense of transparency and respect to the office."

She promised to "clean up" the Hays County DA office of Sherri Tibbe

Peach also said:
The Hays County District Attorney's Office must first reestablish credibility with law enforcement, with those within the legal system and with the community. Public trust has to be restored.

2. Former Hays County Republican Party chair, Cox, writes that the district attorney’s office is

long due for a major overhaul
http://smmercury.com/2014/02/19/letter-peach-ready-willing-and-able-to-clean-up-das-office/

Cox also says:
By law, district attorneys are not supposed to hide facts or conceal evidence that establishes the innocence of the accused.

The Hays County District Attorney’s office conduct of seeking convictions without regard for justice is bad for the rule of law, bad for the accused, bad for the family of the accused, bad for the image of the district attorney’s office and the county, and bad for the taxpayers forced to foot the bill.

3. Charles O’Dell, Ph.D. and President of Hays Community Action Network (HaysCAN) was a very popular political analyst and activist in Hays County. His life ambition was to expose the widespread corruption and cronyism he saw in Hays County. He had a regular and popular column on Hays County Roundup. Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe was high on O’ Dell’s list of corrupt Government figures in Hays County. At 4:15 p.m on Friday 1st 2012, Charles O’Dell was (probably) killed by Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Nita Spankin (the self-designated pseudo-name of ex Hays County District Attorney Cathy Compton who was fired or resigned from office earlier this year).

Here is a list of some of his commentary on ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe

- "Sherri Tibbe is dangerous"  http://hayscountyroundup.blogspot.com/2011/04/save-taxpayer-money-and-strike-blow-for.html
- "Sherri Tibbe might have fallen in with the good ol’ boys" http://hayscountyroundup.blogspot.com/2008/10/hays-county-cant-afford-biased-district.html

"In Hays County corrupt officials protect each other – and justice isn’t blind."

He died in a freak and co-incidental traffic accident, on his way from collecting an open records request. The question is, what did he find in that open records request about Hays County District
Attorney Sherri Tibbe that made it necessary to "take care" of him?

INTERESTINGLY, in Nov 2014, KVUE reached out to Hays County District Attorney Office Sherri Tibbe for an explanation of how serial driving offenders in Hays County keep getting off, and are able to keep driving, although they are killing people, but Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe literally went into lock-down and refused to speak on camera!

agreed things need to change.

5. The author of a new law, which Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe boasted she used to creative effect, said she was "alarmed" that Sherri Tibbe misapplied the law.

6. Several legal experts, law professors and those who propose laws in Texas, defended against Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's attempt to take 10 million dollars from the Hindu Community in Austin, after Sherri Tibbe made Swami Prakashanand Saraswati disappear. Hays County District
Attorney Sherri Tibbe only managed to get 200,000 dollars, or 0.02% of it.

7. Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe also lists some of the many accusations which have been made against her:

- Win-at-all-costs mentality
- Withholding or destroying evidence crucial to the defendant's case
- General misconduct at any and every opportunity
- The DA office does less with more resources since Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe became district attorney
- DA staff are unprofessional and unethical
- Never-ending over-the-top denials of her criminal activities
- Increasing the conviction rate since 2007, as she promised in her election manifesto, through deceitful prosecutorial tactics, destroying evidence etc.
- Bring cases to trial which don't need to be brought to trial

http://smmercury.com/2014/02/23/letter-tibbe-will-not-remain-quiet-while-da-office-disparaged/

This is just a few, but people everywhere are talking about Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe.

Some of the things which ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe has been accused of

1. Terror against innocent people in Austin
2. Gas lighting, a psych-ops technique which typically sociopaths use:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaslighting
3. Win-at-all-costs mentality
4. Silencing or taking down those who speak against her abuses
5. Destruction of evidence
6. Intimidation against her victims. Witnesses have said that Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton have often mocked the victims of their terror in the comment sections of news articles about their cases. They also paste pictures of Indian religious leaders on their office walls with hand-drawn speech bubbles coming from then, such as "I like children".
7. Withholding or destroying evidence crucial to the defendant's case
8 General misconduct at any and every opportunity
9. The DA office does less with more resources since Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe became district attorney
10. DA staff are unprofessional and unethical
11. Never-ending over-the-top denials of her criminal activities
12. Increasing the conviction rate since 2007, as she promised in her election manifesto, through deceitful prosecutorial tactics, destroying evidence etc.
13. Bring cases to trial which don't need to be brought to trial
14. Hays County assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton calls herself "Nita Spankin" (Need a spankin?), according to Texas Lawyer, which demonstrates her Freudian desires to cause pain and humiliation to innocent human beings in Hays County. You couldn't make this stuff up!

http://www.texaslawyer.com/id=900005462661/Roller-Derby-Offers-OutofCourt-Outlet-for-Legal-Adversaries?slreturn=20141013153018

Ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe has attacked those of us who make these claims, but her defiance only strengthens the case against her. Does truth need to be defended?

Attorney Cathy Compton's hunt against innocent minority defendants here:

Despite ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe's constant denials, her office has been busted in case after case of evidence tampering, as she did in her effort to send an 82 innocent man, Swami Prakashanand Saraswati, to jail for 400 years (he only 280 years though).

The question is, when is this duo, ex Hays County District Attorney Sherri Tibbe and ex Hays County Assistant District Attorney Cathy Compton going to see the inside of a prison cell?

Here are some documents which show some of the instances where ex Sherri Tibbe's office has been busted on evidence tampering and other abuses
